"Tattoo Designs" are created by the artist [Hakeemah] and discussed via text, email, or Zoom. "Tattoo Designs" are considered personalized, requested drawings for the body. Tattoo Designs' rates are based on size, detail, complexity, and time. There are fixed rates and determined by the artist [Hakeemah]. If the rate is not within budget, then the design can be altered to fit within the desired price range.
