“Website Design” are designed by the artist [Hakeemah] and discussed via text, email, or Zoom. A “Website Design” are considered customized, requested pages. “Website Design”rates are based on pages, customization, complexity, and time. There are fixed rates and determined by the artist [Hakeemah]. If the rate is not within budget, then the design can be altered to fit within the desired price range.
